Working alongside attorneys—not in place of them—she assists with estate planning, probate and trust administration, corporate and business matters, real estate matters, legal operations, and case management so attorneys can focus on serving their clients.

Throughout her career, Lacy has worked with boutique and larger law firms, managing complex legal matters from client onboarding through completion while building efficient workflows and exceptional client experiences. Her background also includes legal technology, compliance implementation, and operational process improvement. A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Lacy combines legal experience, business insight, and a commitment to responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail to become a trusted extension of every legal team she supports.
